When we arrived, the lower two feet of drywall had been removed, along with all flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and doors. Our team installed new insulation, vapor barrier, and drywall, then taped, mudded, and painted the walls to match the existing finish. We laid new Costco flooring throughout, reinstalled all interior doors, and reassembled the bathroom with the existing toilet. For the kitchen, we reused the original upper cabinets and countertops, paired with brand new lower cabinets and appliances for a refreshed, functional space.

Highlights include the exterior renovation of 604 Dental, custom trim work at John’s Place Restaurant following a floor refinish, and structural restoration at Scotia Bank Admirals in 2022 through ION Facility Services Inc after a vehicular impact.

We’ve partnered with Abstract Developments on the “Black and White” and “Bowker” buildings, handling tasks like steel fire doors, baseboards, window liners, bathroom hardware, and pocket doors. Other work includes interior trim, flooring, and railings at the Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre (2018), and renovation work at Verde Living on Esquimalt Rd.
